We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Chess Teacher for Grandmasters to join our elite training team. This role is designed for individuals who have a deep understanding of high-level chess theory, strategy, and pedagogy, and who can work with some of the best players in the world to refine their skills and prepare them for top-tier international competition. As a Chess Teacher for Grandmasters, you will be responsible for developing customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of each grandmaster. You will analyze their games, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic insights that can give them a competitive edge. You will also stay up to date with the latest developments in chess theory, including opening novelties, endgame techniques, and psychological preparation. This position requires not only a strong chess background—ideally with a title of International Master (IM) or Grandmaster (GM)—but also excellent communication and analytical skills. You must be able to convey complex ideas clearly and adapt your teaching style to suit different learning preferences. Experience coaching at the grandmaster level is highly preferred. You will work closely with other coaches, analysts, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to player development. This may include coordinating with physical trainers, sports psychologists, and tournament managers. The role may involve travel to major tournaments and training camps, as well as remote coaching sessions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of elite chess professionals and to be part of a high-performance environment where excellence is the standard. If you are passionate about chess and have the expertise to make a difference at the highest level, we encourage you to apply.
